LEADERSHIP
CAROL BEADLE is thrilled to be the choir director at Ridge High School. Previously, she taught at Liberty Corner in Bernards Township where she was the 2018 “Teacher of the Year”, and was nominated for the “Governor’s Educator Award”, the “Tony’s Theater Educator Award”, and the “Grammy Music Educator Award”. Her choirs are well regarded in the area and were asked to sing on Good Morning America. She has had student teachers from Rutgers, Westminster Choir College, and the College of New Jersey (TCNJ).
Mrs. Beadle was also adjunct faculty at NYU where she was the director of the NYU Children’s Choir from 2015-2022. She has also directed the NYU Women’s Choir and accompanied and been assistant director of the Rutgers Women’s Choir, NYU Men’s Glee Club, and the Fordham Women’s Choir.
In addition to choir, Mrs. Beadle has been music director for various musical theater productions. In 2022, for the Ridge production of Matilda, she was nominated for "Best Musical Director" and helped the cast to win "Best Overall Chorus" for the Rising Star Awards. She is also co-owner of the LLC "Class Act Drama Camp" which provides musical theater training for grades 2-6 during the summers in Bedminster, NJ.
Mrs. Beadle is also the Minister of Music at Gloria Dei Church in Chatham, NJ where she leads the adult choir, youth music, and accompanies all services. She graduated from NYU where she earned her masters degree in Music Education and University of Maryland where she earned her Bachelor’s in Music Education.

James Lubrano is an accomplished Collaborative Pianist and Vocal Coach. He has prepared ensembles and performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kimmel Center, NJPAC, and Count Basie Theatre. Highlight performances include the Carnegie Hall premiere of Dan Forrest’s Jubilate Deo conducted by Henry Leck, the UNICEF / Steinway "Peace Piano" World Tour Showcase, the ACDA National Conference, ACDA Eastern Division Conference, The Midwest Clinic, and Colorado College Summer Music Festival. International engagements include Mass at the Vatican, Lied Austria International, and tours to Europe.
As an experienced choral pianist, Mr. Lubrano has collaborated with Anton Armstrong, Jerry Blackstone, Rollo Dilworth, Marques L. A. Garrett, Lynnel Joy Jenkins, John Rutter, and Jennifer Sengin. He has worked with CT & NJ All-State Choirs, NJ-ACDA, NJMEA, Princeton Girlchoir, Monmouth Civic Chorus, and served as a collaborative pianist and vocal coach for Opera Workshop and the choirs at Wagner College and The College of New Jersey.
Mr. Lubrano has performed with the Eastern Wind Symphony, Encore Orchestra of NJ, Grammy-nominated Rutgers Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Winds, and Rutgers Symphony Orchestra. He can be heard on the Eastern Wind Symphony’s album, Elements (2019), featuring Julie Giroux’s Symphony No. 5.
Currently, Mr. Lubrano is a collaborative pianist for Ridge High School Choirs, Celebration Singers, and Music Director at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in New Providence, NJ. He holds a Master of Music degree in Collaborative Piano Performance from Rutgers University, where he studied with Barbara Gonzalez-Palmer. Mr. Lubrano is in high demand as an active freelance pianist and coach.
